Job Title: HR Recruiter
Location: Across 35 districts of Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry
Open Positions to Hire: 70 District HRs (2 per district)
Job Type: Permanent
Experience: 1–3 years in HR/Recruitment preferred
Reporting: Every 2 hours to Central HR/Project Lead

Job Summary: Auxsyon Tech Private Limited is hiring energetic and efficient HR Recruiters to manage the end-to-end recruitment of 70 District HRs across Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry. The role demands strong execution, coordination, and timely reporting. Basic HR operational knowledge is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute end-to-end recruitment for 70 District HR roles across 35 districts (2 per district).
Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for suitable candidates.
Share recruitment updates every 2 hours.
Ensure timely onboarding of selected candidates.
Maintain accurate and organized documentation.
Collaborate with central HR and district-level teams.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Support basic HR functions such as document collection and joining formalities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations.
Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.
Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment tools.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Willingness to travel (if required) within Tamil Nadu & Pondicherry.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with local hiring landscapes.
Prior experience in large-scale hiring projects.
Fluency in regional dialects is a plus.
