• Responsible for achieving the assigned target of 30 active Onboardings monthly.
• Responsible for daily updates of Google Sheets, monthly projection reports and performance reports.

• Source potential candidates from the various Job Portals as well as at your own database and connections.
• Should ensure onboarding and joining of candidates and maintaining active count in assigned clients on a monthly basis to track your performance report.
• Hiring and placement by crafting recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
• Screen incoming resumes from your sourcing and align them for the lineup.
• 1st level interview/screening for candidates (via phone, video, and in-person)
• Data collection, creating a network and placement of candidates through the existing and new network.
