• You will be involve in sourcing right talent from different job portals.
• Posting job descriptions on job portals and tracking posting status.
• You will be involving in coordinating during the interview process.
• Responsible for full life cycle Recruitment for all verticals.
• Innovative recruiting tools, source, screen, interview, and evaluate and select candidates based on skills, expertise and salary budget .
• Participate in recruitment knowledge sharing practices.
• Focus on bridging the skill gap.
  
• Constructs and develops a recruitment system for the company
• Creates a recruitment network on social media and other mediums
