Job Description

Urgently seeking for the below mentioned Role.
Highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and hire top talent. You will play a key role in identifying hiring needs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and campus drives.
Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with smooth process
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Build a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire.
Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns.
