Weekly off - 4th Saturday and Sunday.
Responsibilities:
• Follow office and clients guidelines in hiring process
• Search for the right talent as per client expectations /requirements.
• Negotiate and convince to candidates for proposed job roles
• Keep record of complete hiring cycle for each candidates
• Use of tools, job portals, social media, own database etc. for hassle free hiring process
• Periodic reporting to supervisors.
• Claim Incentives on set incentive cycle.
• Send joining details on the same day the candidate joined.
• Send employee code of joined candidate’s maximum within 15days.

Technical Skills:
