Job Description
• Coordinate with clients and handle employee engagement

Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Planning:

Understand staffing requirements by coordinating with department heads and managers.

Draft and post job descriptions on various job portals, company website, and social media platforms.

Plan recruitment drives, walk-ins, and campus hiring as required.
2. Sourcing & Screening:

Source candidates through online job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn), social networks, referrals, and databases.

Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.

Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate suitability.
3. Interview Coordination:

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Conduct preliminary interviews (telephonic/video/in-person) to assess skills, experience, and culture fit.

Collect and organize feedback from interviewers and manage communication with candidates.
4. Candidate Management:

Build and maintain a candidate database for current and future hiring needs.

Maintain regular contact with potential candidates and keep them informed of application status.

Handle negotiation of offers, salary discussions, and closing candidates effectively.
5. Onboarding Support:

Coordinate with HR operations for document collection, background verification, and pre-joining formalities.

Support the onboarding process to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
6. Reporting & Compliance:

Maintain recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio, etc.

Prepare and present regular reports on hiring progress and outcomes.

Ensure recruitment practices comply with employment laws and organizational policies.
