Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Develop and nurture relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and recruitment tools to continuously improve recruitment processes.
