Key Responsibilities:

Utilize various sourcing methods to attract a high volume of qualified candidates

Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify top candidates

Conduct initial phone interviews and forward suitable candidates to hiring managers for further evaluation

Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective recruitment strategies

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through networking, referrals, and other recruitment channels

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for high-volume positions, from posting job ads to negotiating job offers

Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback

Ensure compliance with the company policies and procedures during the recruitment process

Track and report on key recruitment metrics to identify areas of improvement and make data-driven decisions

Willingness to take the initiative and drive recruitment processes forward.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field

Basic understanding of recruitment practices and current recruitment trends

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
