Job Description
End-to-End Recruitment: Source, screen, and manage candidates through portals, LinkedIn, and networks; coordinate interviews and ensure successful closures.
Client Acquisition & Vendor Empanelment: Identify and approach new clients, pitch recruitment services, and complete empanelment formalities.
Client Relationship Management: Act as the SPOC for clients, understand requirements, deliver timely solutions, and maintain long-term relationships.
Marketing & Lead Generation: Support business growth through LinkedIn campaigns, cold calls, proposals, and networking to bring in new leads.
Reporting & Coordination: Maintain candidate and client databases, track progress, share weekly reports, and collaborate with internal teams.
Required Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills

Hands-on experience with job portals, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and HR software.

Basic knowledge of labour laws and HR compliance (added advantage).

Ability to manage bulk hiring as well as niche positions.
Soft Skills
