Key Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.

Conduct initial telephonic interviews and schedule further rounds.

Coordinate with hiring managers for feedback and follow-ups.

Maintain and update candidate databases.

Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities.
Requirements:
