Job Description

We are hiring for HR recruiter (work from home)

Candidates should be 12th Pass, freshers or experience. Any few hours at your phone at home and postings jobs and collecting call and convince candidates And schedule for interview agreed candidates.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates

Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates

Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand and meet their staffing needs

Assist in writing and updating job descriptions as needed

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers

Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates and hiring managers

Manage the recruitment process via the applicant tracking system

Extend job offers and facilitate the onboarding process

Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment documentation and reports
