Job Title: HR Recruiter
Location: Hyderabad (Kondapur)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated HR Recruiter to join our team in Hyderabad. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill open positions within our US operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment processes and be adept at building relationships with potential candidates.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Source and recruit candidates using various databases, social media, and job boards.
Screen candidates' resumes and applications.
Conduct initial interviews to assess applicants' skills, knowledge, and cultural fit.
Coordinate with hiring managers to determine position requirements.
Organize and facilitate hiring procedures and paperwork.
Conduct background checks and reference checks.
Manage and update candidate information in the company's recruitment database.
Communicate regularly with potential candidates, building a pipeline of talent.
Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events.
Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods and best practices.
Assist with employer branding initiatives and develop a strong employer brand.

Qualifications:
Experience with HR recruitment and staffing.
Familiarity with tax terms like C2C, W2, 1099.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of IT staffing industry practices.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in the US staffing industry is a plus.
Preferred:
Experience with IT recruitment and staffing.
