Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented, empathetic, and strategic HR recruiter to join our team. The HR recruiter will manage various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. This role is essential in fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting the overall goals of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment & Onboarding
o Develop and post job descriptions, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews.
o Conduct reference checks and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
• Employee Relations
o Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.
o Promote a positive, inclusive, and respectful workplace culture.
• Performance Management
o Assist in setting up performance review processes and support employee development.
o Work with management to address underperformance or disciplinary actions.
• Compliance & Record-Keeping
o Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws.
o Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Compensation & Benefits
o Administer payroll changes, benefits enrollment, and employee leaves.
o Collaborate with vendors on benefit offerings and improvements.
• Training & Development
o Coordinate employee training sessions and career development programs.

TIMINGS 9 30 to 6 pm ( sat 10 to 2pm)
SALARY 10k to 15k
MODE – WORK FROM HOME
