- Sourcing, Screening, Validating candidates as per client specification.
-Deliver the revenue goals as planned for the business unit.
- Line up the candidates for the personal interviews, preparing & maintaining the database.
- Follow-up with the client as well as candidates till their joining.
- Work within the quality parameters defined.
Salary - upto 20 K + Incentive + Bonus + Laptop + Mobile
