Looking for HR recruiter candidate with 6months to 1 year of experience to perform 70% recruiter and 30% generalist role.

Roles & responsibilities:

 Passion for recruitment and human resources

 Scheduling interviews, coordinating appointments & arranging telephonic, video, & in person interviews of the candidates with the hiring managers.

 Conducting telephone based interviews to evaluate and summarize relevant skills and experience.

 Screening applicants 50- 60 candidates on daily basis.

 Comfortable with cold calling

 Positive attitude, confident, & target oriented with multiple task management skills

 Should be target oriented/Capable of handling work Skills

 Basic Qualification from HR background – Bachelors/Diploma

 Experience of using various job portals to source and screen candidates

 Ability to multitask & attention to details

 Good in excel, should have the ability to learn and work on new tools.
