Job Summary
An HR Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various job roles within an organization. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers, conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a good understanding of talent acquisition strategies, and the ability to assess candidates effectively.
● Post job openings on various platforms, including job boards, social media, and
company websites.
● Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards).
● Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' skills and
qualifications.
● Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
● Assist in the coordination of the onboarding process for new hires.
● Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment reports.
● Support HR functions and participate in HR projects as needed
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Sourcing & Recruitment:
- Identify hiring needs and job specifications by coordinating with department heads.
- Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
- Write and post job descriptions on various recruitment platforms.
2. Screening & Interviewing:
- Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on qualifications and experience.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.
3. Recruitment Coordination & Offer Management:
- Coordinate interview schedules and ensure timely follow-ups with candidates.
- Assist in salary negotiations and prepare offer letters.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
4. Employee Onboarding & Documentation:
- Facilitate onboarding procedures for new hires, including documentation and orientation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal hiring requirements.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and HR records.
5. Employer Branding & Market Research:
- Promote the company’s employer brand through social media and networking.
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
