Ability to understand and follow legal guidelines when selecting candidates.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Ability to interpret and use data to make decisions.

Understanding of recruitment and selection processes.

Ability to perform job evaluations and create job descriptions.
