Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter who will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for the hospitality industry (HoReCa) including chefs, stewards, captains, baristas, kitchen helpers, housekeeping staff, and delivery riders.
Key Responsibilities-
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references.

Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.

Conduct telephonic interviews and preliminary screening.

Coordinate with restaurants, hotels, and resorts for interview scheduling.

Arrange trial rounds and follow up with clients for feedback.

Manage candidate documentation and onboarding formalities.

Maintain candidate database and recruitment MIS reports.

Ensure timely closure of positions for hospitality clients.

Build a pipeline of chefs, stewards, baristas, captains, and other HoReCa staff.
