Job Summary:
The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process by posting jobs on various portals, sourcing and screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining recruitment data. This role plays a vital part in attracting the right talent to meet the company’s staffing needs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

Post job openings on multiple job portals and social media platforms as per the company’s requirements.

Search and source resumes/CVs from online job portals, databases, and social networks.

Review and shortlist candidates based on job profiles and qualifications.

Contact shortlisted candidates via phone or email to schedule interviews.

Assist in coordinating interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain and update recruitment records, candidate databases, and related documentation.

Communicate timely with candidates regarding interview status and feedback.

Support the HR team in other recruitment-related administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Prior experience in recruitment or HR operations is an advantage.

Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, etc.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.

Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software or applicant tracking systems (ATS).
