The recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company’s staffing needs. This role involves end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
Key Responsibilities:-
Understand hiring needs and job requirements from department heads.

Source candidates using job portals, social media, databases, and employee referrals.

Screen resumes and job applications to shortlist potential candidates.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment system.
