Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes and ensure we attract, hire, and retain top talent. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:Handle the entire recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions.
Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, referrals, and social media platforms.
Conduct initial telephonic interviews and shortlist candidates based on skillset, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up throughout the selection process.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports in an organized manner.
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for selected candidates.
Stay updated with current hiring trends and best practices in recruitment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
Familiarity with various sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to assess candidates beyond resumes and understand cultural fit.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR databases/ATS.
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):Experience in [IT/Non-IT/Sales/Domain-specific recruitment].
Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Certification in HR or Recruitment (e.g., SHRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
