Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment progress.
  • Support HR team in day-to-day hiring activities.

Requirements:

  • Any Bachelor’s degree.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Eager to learn recruitment processes and HR practices.
  • Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.

Ability to work in Night shift.
