Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and hire top talent for the organization. This role involves sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, an understanding of recruitment best practices, and a passion for connecting people to the right job opportunities. This is a dynamic position suited for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Sourcing:

Source potential candidates through online job portals (e.g., Naukri, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn), social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.

Create job postings and share them across various recruitment platforms.

Proactively build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
2. Screening and Shortlisting:

Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates based on job requirements.

Conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess candidate interest, availability, communication skills, and cultural fit.

Shortlist qualified candidates and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
3. Interview Coordination:

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and department heads or panel members.

Ensure candidates are well-informed about the interview format, expectations, and logistics.

Provide timely feedback to both candidates and internal stakeholders.
4. Candidate Management:

Maintain effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Provide a positive candidate experience by being professional, courteous, and responsive.

Manage offer rollouts and keep candidates updated on their application status.
5. Documentation and Database Management:

Maintain accurate and updated records of interviews, candidate assessments, and recruitment metrics.

Prepare and share recruitment reports (daily/weekly/monthly) with the HR Manager or department head.

Ensure compliance with all documentation and legal requirements during the hiring process.
6. Employer Branding and Engagement:

Promote the organization’s culture, values, and benefits to potential candidates.

Assist in planning and executing recruitment campaigns, job fairs, or campus hiring events.

Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance employer branding across platforms.
7. Onboarding Assistance:

Work with the HR team to ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.

Collect necessary documents and ensure new employee forms are completed.

Help in introducing new hires to the organization, policies, and work culture.
Skills and Competencies:
Essential Skills:
