Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to scheduling interviews and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. You’ll play a key role in identifying top talent and helping build a strong workforce for the organization.
Key Responsibilities:-
Manage the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.

Post job openings on various platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).

Source potential candidates through databases, social media, referrals, and job portals.

Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

Maintain candidate records and regularly update the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Work with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.

Participate in career fairs, recruitment drives, and employer branding activities.

Assist in improving recruitment strategies and HR processes.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience (1–3 years) as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Executive.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong understanding of recruitment tools, sourcing strategies, and HR practices.

Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.

Familiarity with ATS, MS Office, and job portals.

Strong decision-making and organizational skills.

Experience in IT/Non-IT recruitment (as per company domain).

Understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.

Certification in Human Resources or Recruitment is a plus.
