Job Description
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements
Develop and post job descriptions across relevant platforms
Source candidates using databases, social media, referrals, and job boards
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess fit
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams
Maintain candidate records and recruitment metrics in ATS
Negotiate offers and facilitate onboarding processes
Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
