HR Recruiter – Panvel [Full Time]

Experience: 6 months – 2 years
Preferred Joining: At the earliest
Salary: 18000 - 25000

Job Responsibilities:

• Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with internal teams
• Source candidates through various recruitment channels
• Screen profiles, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
• Publish job openings and handle applicant responses
• Maintain daily/weekly recruitment reports and trackers

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with recruitment processes and sourcing methods
• Candidates who can join early will be preferred
