1. Telecalling Executive Responsibilities

Call customers and explain company services
Handle customer inquiries and bookings
Follow up with leads and existing customers
Maintain customer records and daily reports
Coordinate with the operations team

Requirements

Good communication skills
Basic Telugu/Hindi/English speaking ability
Positive attitude and confidence
Freshers can apply

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 + Incentives

2. Relationship Manager Responsibilities

Build and maintain customer relationships
Assist customers with rental services
Resolve customer issues professionally
Coordinate with different departments
Improve customer satisfaction and retention

Ability to handle customers professionally
Teamwork and problem-solving skills
