Looking for HR Recruiter for South Kolkata Consultancy.

KRA:-
- Understanding the hiring requirements of hiring managers
- Attracting candidates through various channels like social media and professional networks
- Reviewing resumes and screening candidates
- Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers
- Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates
- Staying updated about hiring trends and best practices
- Min 3-4 closures in a month
Key Responsibilities:

Job Posting & Sourcing:
-
Create job descriptions and post openings on job boards, company websites, and social media platforms.

Use various sourcing techniques (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, networking) to find and engage potential candidates.

Build and maintain a pool of candidates for future openings by networking and maintaining a database of resumes.

Screening & Shortlisting:
-
Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the qualifications and criteria for the position.
-
Conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess candidates’ skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.

Shortlist candidates based on job requirements and present them to hiring managers.

Interview Coordination:
-
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Ensure smooth interview processes, including preparing interview questions, arranging logistics, and following up with candidates.

Gather and provide feedback from interviewers to make informed hiring decisions.

Candidate Engagement & Communication:
-
Maintain regular communication with candidates to keep them updated on their application status.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Address candidate questions regarding job responsibilities, compensation, benefits, and company culture.

Offer & Negotiation:

Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates.

Handle salary negotiations and ensure candidates understand the terms of employment.

Assist in the preparation of offer letters and employment contracts.

Onboarding Support:
-
Coordinate with HR and other departments to ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.

Provide new employees with necessary information, documents, and assistance during the onboarding process.

Ensure the new hire has a positive introduction to the company.

HR Administration:
-
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Prepare and maintain recruitment reports for internal tracking and analysis.

Assist with other HR functions such as employee records management, training, and policy implementation, as needed.

Networking & Relationship Building:
-
Attend job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to meet potential candidates.

Build relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and professional organizations to source candidates.

Maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers to better understand staffing needs.
