• Followup with candiates for interview, documents and joining dates
• Create various report like sourcing data, candidates data using excel 
• Build sustainable relationships and engage candiates by taking the extra mile
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
• Creates a recruitment network on social media and other mediums
• Screens and interviews candidates
• Presents a shortlist of candidates to management
