Job Description
Knowledge on IT Technologies
Key Responsibilities:

Understand job requirements from hiring managers and develop job descriptions and specifications accordingly.

Post job openings on relevant portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and internal platforms.

Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and databases.

Conduct initial screening of resumes, evaluate qualifications and skills, and shortlist candidates for interviews.

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and department heads.

Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews to assess candidate suitability, attitude, and communication skills.

Maintain a database of qualified candidates and keep records of all recruitment activities.

Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process and provide timely feedback.

Coordinate with management and department heads to finalize selected candidates.

Issue offer letters, explain employment terms, and complete onboarding documentation.

Support in building employer branding strategies by enhancing the candidate experience.

Maintain recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.

Stay updated with hiring trends, new sourcing methods, and HR best practices.
