Internship Stipend: Up to ₹5,000/month + Internship Certificate + Letter of Recommendation (for outstanding performers)
Salary: Up to ₹8,000/month (Full-time)

Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Multilingual abilities are a plus (English, Bengali, Hindi & regional languages)

Assist in end-to-end recruitment – sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interviewers
Maintain candidate database and prepare recruitment reports
Promote job openings through various job portals and social media platforms
Follow up with candidates post-interview and ensure a smooth onboarding process
Maintain a professional and engaging interaction with all applicants
