HR Recruiter (BFSI)
Company: Choice International Ltd.
Location: Andheri (Marol), Mumbai
Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome)
Qualification: Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)
Specialization: BFSI / Finance domain hiring
Role Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to support end-to-end recruitment for various roles across our BFSI and finance verticals. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, an interest in talent acquisition, and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for BFSI and finance-related positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct preliminary HR interviews, and assess candidate fit.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and manage scheduling.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and candidate databases.
- Support employer branding initiatives and candidate engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Graduate or MBA (HR preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in recruitment; BFSI/finance hiring exposure is an advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal, coordination, and multitasking capabilities.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and job portals is a plus.
