Job Description

Responsibilities:

1) Screening and sourcing resumes

2) Phone interviews with candidates

3) Administering appropriate company assessments

4) Coordinating interviews

5) Following up on the interview process status

6) Maintaining relationships with both internal and external account managers

7) Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process

8) Staying current on the Client organization structure, HR policy, and employment practices

9) Completing timely reports on daily activities

Skills:

Sound knowledge of all HR processes (e.g. recruitment, onboarding, training, talent management etc.)

Sound knowledge of all labor regulations

Experience with resume databases, ATS, and referral programs

Sound knowledge of full-cycle recruiting

Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills

Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
