Job Description

Looking for a HR Recruiter with 2 to 5 years experience from the Hospitality Industry 
2nd & 4th Saturday holiday including all Sunday.
Office timing is 10: Am to 7:00 pm

Position Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles across the organization. You will manage the full recruitment cycle from understanding hiring needs to onboarding selected candidates.

This role is ideal for individuals who are people-oriented, organized, persuasive, and thrive in a fast-paced hiring environment. Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in HR are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Understanding Hiring Requirements:

  • Interact with department heads or clients to gather detailed job requirements.

  • Understand skills, experience, and qualifications required for open roles.

  • Maintain updated job descriptions and specifications for various positions.

2. Job Posting & Sourcing:

  • Publish job advertisements across job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and internal platforms.

  • Source candidates proactively through databases, references, headhunting, and campus outreach.

  • Build a pipeline of relevant candidates for current and future hiring needs.

3. Screening & Shortlisting:

  • Review applications and conduct telephonic or video screening interviews to assess candidate suitability.

  • Evaluate resumes based on job fit, communication, technical skills, and experience.

  • Shortlist candidates and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

4. Interview Coordination:

  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and interview panels.

  • Provide candidates with complete information about the company, role, and expectations.

  • Follow up with interviewers and collect feedback after each round.

5. Candidate Engagement & Follow-Up:

  • Maintain regular communication with shortlisted candidates throughout the process.

  • Handle offer negotiations, joining formalities, and post-offer engagement.

  • Ensure smooth onboarding by coordinating with HR operations or relevant teams.

6. Documentation & Record-Keeping:

  • Maintain detailed records of each candidate’s progress, feedback, and offer status.

  • Ensure all hiring activities are recorded in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or Excel trackers.

  • Prepare recruitment-related reports and metrics (e.g., time to hire, source of hire, etc.)

7. Employer Branding Support:

  • Promote the organization’s culture and work environment in job postings and candidate interactions.

  • Share job openings across social media platforms or job groups to improve visibility.

  • Participate in career fairs, walk-in drives, or campus recruitment initiatives when needed.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Communication & Interpersonal Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and regional languages.

  • Ability to build rapport with candidates and communicate confidently with all stakeholders.

Recruitment Knowledge:

  • Understanding of the full recruitment life cycle, interview techniques, and assessment criteria.

  • Familiarity with sourcing strategies and use of job portals, ATS tools, and LinkedIn searches.

Time Management:

  • Ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously while maintaining quality.

  • Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet hiring deadlines.

Problem-Solving & Judgment:

  • Capability to assess candidate fit accurately and handle objections or dropouts professionally.

  • Sound judgment in handling confidential information.
