Job Title: HR Recruiter – Sales Hiring (Bulk Recruitment)Location: [Add Location]Experience: 1–4 years (preferably in bulk/sales hiring)Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for sales roles. The ideal candidate should have experience in bulk hiring, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales positions (field sales)Handle bulk hiring requirements within tight deadlinesSource candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and walk-insScreen resumes and conduct initial HR interviewsCoordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirementsSchedule and follow up on interviewsMaintain candidate pipeline and databaseEnsure a smooth onboarding experience for selected candidatesTrack and report recruitment metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, etc.)Organize and participate in recruitment drives and job fairsRequired Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in HR or related fieldProven experience in bulk hiring, preferably for sales rolesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet hiring targetsFamiliarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)Good coordination and stakeholder management skillsPreferred Skills:Experience in BFSI, FMCG, or telecom sales hiringKnowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS)Experience conducting walk-in drives or campus hiringKey Competencies:Time managementNegotiation skillsAttention to detailMultitasking abilityProblem-solving mindsetWhat We Offer:Competitive salary + incentivesFast-paced growth environmentLearning and development opportunities
