Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from understanding hiring needs to sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates. The ideal candidate should be passionate about talent acquisition, possess excellent communication and organizational skills, and be capable of building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike.

This role is critical to attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent to support our business growth and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

1. End-to-End Recruitment

  • Understand job requirements by coordinating with department heads and hiring managers.

  • Draft clear and compelling job descriptions and post them on various platforms such as job portals, company website, and social media.

  • Source candidates through multiple channels: job portals (Naukri, Monster, Indeed, etc.), LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and recruitment agencies.

  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, interest, and cultural fit.

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.

  • Follow up with interview panels and candidates for feedback and next steps.

2. Candidate Management

  • Maintain an active talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

  • Provide timely feedback and communication to candidates throughout the recruitment process.

  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.

  • Coordinate background checks and document verification processes.

3. Onboarding and Induction

  • Facilitate the onboarding process for selected candidates.

  • Coordinate with internal departments (IT, Admin, Finance) for workstation setup, ID creation, and induction sessions.

  • Conduct new hire orientation programs to introduce company culture, policies, and values.

  • Ensure all pre-joining and joining formalities are completed in a timely and accurate manner.

4. Reporting and Documentation

  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers, databases, and reports.

  • Prepare weekly/monthly recruitment status reports for management review.

  • Track metrics like time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer-to-joining ratio, etc.

  • Maintain proper records of candidates' resumes, interview feedback, offer letters, and HR documents.

5. Employer Branding and Talent Engagement

  • Contribute to employer branding efforts by engaging with candidates through social media and networking events.

  • Promote the company’s culture and values during the recruitment process.

  • Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and walk-in interview events.

  • Work with marketing or HR teams to create promotional materials or content for hiring campaigns.

6. Compliance and Policies

  • Ensure hiring practices comply with company policies and employment laws.

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information related to candidates and company operations.

  • Keep updated on recruitment trends, legal updates, and best practices.
