Job-Title: HR Recruiter

You will get enough training and handholding with our immersive training in which you will learn all facets of recruitment.
Your typical day in the office:
You should bring in the right attitude to work. Be able to work with the team. Your communication and interpersonal skills are critical to your success. You will have the ability to work independently, and the leaders will guide you towards a successful career.
Role/Responsibilities:
Trainee Recruiter is responsible for all recruitment activities of Purple Drive Technologies and its clients.
· Sourcing resumes from different job portals – Naukri, Oorwin, Dice, Monster, Linkedin & from our ATS
· Calling the candidates to evaluate the technical skills
· Maintains daily log of recruitment activities.
· Coordinates interview schedules. Acts as the initial facilitator once the candidate till they are selected and on boarded.
· Provide candidate experience and meet the performance and process metrics.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: CTC – 6 Lakhs per annum + Incentives paid residual.. After the 3-month initial training. During the training, you will be paid Rs.10,000 + Lunch/Dinner. Once you successfully complete the training which depends on your individual ability, you will transition into a Full Time Employment with Purple Drive.
Schedule and requirement
- Need to bring your own laptop\Monday to Friday for US and Saturday half day for Domestic
