Job Description for HR Recruiter

Sourcing of profiles through various job portals and other platforms Recruitment & selection of candidates in a timely, efficient & cost-effective manner
Initial screening of candidates by discussing about the job requirement Coordinate and arrange for interviews
Handle verification of personal & educational background of the candidates Issue offer letter for the shortlisted candidates.
Responsible for joining formalities.
Giving initial induction to the selected candidates at the time of joining
Required Skills - Good communication and presentation skills Able to work efficiently under pressure.
Preferred Female candidates.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficient in Word (Excel, MS Word, Outlook).
Excellent record keeping.
