Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to assist in the end-to-end recruitment process. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or students looking to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, candidate screening, and interview coordination. The intern will work closely with the HR team to support hiring efforts and recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Sourcing & Screening

Assist in sourcing potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Screen resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and interest.

2. Interview Coordination & Communication

Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Communicate interview details, job descriptions, and expectations to applicants.
Follow up with candidates regarding feedback and hiring status.

3. Job Posting & Recruitment Campaigns

Create and post job advertisements on various recruitment platforms.
Assist in planning and executing campus hiring events or job fairs.

4. Database Management & Reporting

Maintain and update candidate records in the HR database.
Track recruitment metrics and generate reports.

5. Employer Branding & HR Support

Support employer branding initiatives through social media and job boards.
Assist in HR administrative tasks, documentation, and onboarding.
