Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

2. Job Posting & Employer Branding

Create attractive and clear job postings for various portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and company websites.

Promote the company’s culture and values to attract top talent.

Manage LinkedIn campaigns and social media job postings to enhance employer visibility.
3. Candidate Management

Guide candidates through the entire recruitment lifecycle.

Provide a positive candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and feedback.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential hires for future opportunities.
4. Coordination with Departments

Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.

Assist hiring managers in creating accurate job descriptions.

Work closely with other HR functions to ensure smooth onboarding and employee engagement.
5. Recruitment Analytics & Reporting

Maintain recruitment trackers and prepare weekly/monthly hiring reports.

Analyze recruitment data and metrics to improve hiring efficiency.

Suggest strategies to reduce time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.
6. Campus Recruitment & Internship Drives

Coordinate with colleges and universities for campus placements and internship programs.

Organize job fairs, career talks, and talent acquisition events.
7. Process Improvement

Stay updated with the latest recruitment tools, technologies, and hiring trends.

Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract niche talent.

Recommend improvements in HR policies and onboarding processes.
