We have an urgent requirement of HR Recruiter for Chennai Location
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Get the requirement from the client and source the candidates according to the clients requirement
2. Conduct Initial screening of the candidate and share the shortlisted profiles for further round of interview
3. Get in touch with Operations for interview feedback and share the shortlisted candidates CV to client
4. Follow up with the client for interview feedback and share the status with the candidates
5. Be in touch with the candidates for Joining purpose
Skills :-
1.Minimum 1 year of experience into BPO hiring is mandatory
2. Fluent in English
3. Should have good exposure as a HR Recruiter
