Job Description
Your Roles and Responsibilities at Right Move will include:
o Understanding and analyzing the job description/Job requirements given by the clients.
o Responsible for sourcing/Headhunting.
o Using various job portals like naukri.com, Timesjobs.com etc. for sourcing.
o Responsible for calling candidates suitable for the given requirement.
o Receiving and reviewing applications, managing and organizing interviews for candidates as requested by the client.
o Taking regular follow ups with the candidates in process for the given requirement.
o Informing candidates about the results of their interviews.
o Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job.
o Doing regular job posting and mass mailings on various job portals to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships with candidates and employers.
o Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client.
o Using candidate databases to match the right person to the client's vacancy.
o Developing a good understanding of client, Companies, their industry, what they do, plus their work culture and environment
o Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher.
