We are seeking a dynamic and motivated *HR Recruiter* to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding qualified candidates. You will play a key role in building a strong talent pipeline and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs* Develop and post job descriptions on various platforms (e.g., job boards, social media, careers page)* Source candidates through databases, LinkedIn, job portals, networking, and employee referrals* Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates* Conduct initial HR interviews (telephonic, video, or in-person)* Schedule and coordinate technical or departmental interviews* Provide feedback to candidates and ensure timely communication throughout the recruitment process* Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)* Generate recruitment reports and track hiring metrics* Participate in employer branding initiatives, job fairs, and recruitment events* Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires
