Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing and Talent Acquisition:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.

Post job openings on job boards, social media, and the company website.

Utilize various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job fairs, networking events, employee referrals, etc.) to build a strong talent pipeline.

Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and company culture fit.

Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and fit for the role.

Job Posting and Advertisement:

Create clear and compelling job descriptions for open positions in collaboration with department heads.

Ensure job postings are accurate, detailed, and aligned with the company’s brand and culture.

Maintain and update the recruitment website, job portals, and internal job boards.

Candidate Assessment and Interviewing:

Conduct in-depth interviews (phone, video, or in-person) to assess candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Evaluate resumes, applications, and cover letters to shortlist candidates for interviews.

Coordinate with hiring managers and other stakeholders to conduct interviews and gather feedback.

Provide detailed feedback to candidates regarding their interview results.

Managing the Recruitment Process:

Schedule interviews and assist candidates throughout the interview process.

Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Negotiate job offers and compensation packages in line with company guidelines.

Facilitate reference checks and background verification as part of the hiring process.

Candidate Relationship Management:

Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, even if they’re not immediately hired.

Engage with passive candidates and nurture a talent pool for future hiring needs.

Maintain ongoing communication with candidates, ensuring they are informed and engaged throughout the hiring process.

Onboarding and Documentation:

Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed.

Coordinate with other departments (e.g., HR, IT, Admin) to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Prepare and send offer letters and other relevant documents.

Recruitment Reporting and Analytics:
-
Track and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.

Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate data in the company’s applicant tracking system (ATS).

Provide regular reports to HR leadership on recruitment progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Collaboration and Teamwork:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand departmental staffing needs and job requirements.

Advise on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment strategies.

Participate in team meetings to discuss current hiring efforts and share insights or challenges.

Promote the company’s values and culture to potential candidates.

Contribute to employer branding initiatives by sharing company updates, events, and employee success stories on social media platforms.
