Job Description
Job Title: HR Recruiter
Looking for an HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews. Must have good communication skills and basic knowledge of recruitment tools. Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Sourcing:

Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through multiple channels, including job portals, social media, employee referrals, networking events, and campus recruitment.

Utilize Boolean searches and other advanced sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates.

Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings.
2. Candidate Screening and Selection:

Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

Conduct initial telephonic or video screening interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

Provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.
3. Interview Facilitation and Coordination:

Manage the interview process from scheduling to follow-up.

Assist hiring managers in preparing interview questions and evaluation criteria.

Participate in panel interviews or assessments when required.

Ensure a positive candidate experience by communicating clearly and promptly.
4. Recruitment Administration:

Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Prepare and send offer letters, negotiate salary packages, and complete onboarding documentation.

Coordinate background checks, reference verifications, and pre-employment tests as necessary.
5. Employer Branding and Candidate Engagement:

Promote the company’s employer brand through social media, job fairs, and campus drives.

Engage with potential candidates and build relationships through professional networks.

Organize recruitment events and participate in job fairs or industry meetups.
6. Reporting and Analytics:

Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.

Provide regular reports and insights to HR leadership to improve recruitment strategies.

Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices.
