Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a smooth hiring process. You’ll play a key role in building a strong employer brand and supporting the company’s growth with quality hires.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes across various departments and roles
- Source candidates using job portals, social media platforms, and employee referrals
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate databases and job postings
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Assist in onboarding and documentation for new hires
- Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring metrics
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in recruitment or HR
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in a fast-paced or startup environment
- Understanding of employer branding and social media recruitment
