Key Responsibilities:

Handle the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Post job openings on various platforms and actively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals.

Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.

Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and prepare regular recruitment reports.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field or any graduate.

0–3 years of recruiting experience (internships count too!).

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Familiarity with sourcing tools and HR software is a plus.
