Job Description
● Source talent through various available resources both traditional & Social
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Sourcing & Acquisition:

Source potential candidates through online job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, referrals, and databases.

Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

Conduct initial telephonic or video interviews to evaluate qualifications, communication skills, and cultural fit.
2. Interview Coordination:
-
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
-
Communicate interview details, feedback, and next steps clearly to all stakeholders.

Follow up with candidates post-interview and maintain a healthy pipeline.
3. Job Postings & Employer Branding:
-
Draft clear and attractive job descriptions for various roles.
-
Post job openings on internal and external platforms.
-
Represent the company professionally in interactions with potential candidates and during job fairs or campus drives.
4. Candidate Relationship Management:
-
Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Keep candidates updated at every stage and handle offer negotiation if required.

Manage candidate documentation and ensure smooth pre-joining formalities.
5. Onboarding Support:
-
Assist in onboarding new employees by coordinating with HR operations and other departments.

Ensure completion of joining formalities, document verification, and induction support.

Collect and maintain records of new hires in the HR database.
6. Recruitment Metrics & Reporting:

Maintain and update recruitment trackers, daily hiring reports, and candidate status logs.

Analyze recruitment data to evaluate the success of hiring strategies.

Share weekly/monthly hiring status reports with management.
Required Skills:
-
Excellent verbal and written communication in English; knowledge of Hindi or regional languages is a plus.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates.

Proficient in using MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and recruitment tools.

Familiarity with job portals, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and basic HR software.

Ability to handle multiple roles and work in a fast-paced environment.
