Job Description
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — from job posting, screening, and interviews to onboarding.

Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leaves, performance, etc.) in HR systems.

Plan and execute employee engagement and retention programs.

Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts in a professional manner.

Assist in the performance appraisal process and ensure timely feedback cycles.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and company standards.

Prepare and manage HR documentation — offer letters, contracts, exit letters, etc.

Coordinate with the finance department for payroll processing and benefits administration.

Support training and development initiatives for staff.

Create and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with business goals.
