Job Description
- Collaborate with hiring managers: Partner with internal teams to understand staffing needs and define hiring strategies.
- Write and post job descriptions: Create compelling job postings and distribute them across various platforms.
- Source candidates: Proactively find and attract potential employees through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other networks.
- Screen and interview applicants: Review resumes and conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess candidates for skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews: Schedule interviews between candidates and the hiring team.
- Manage the ATS: Maintain accurate and organized records of all candidates and applicants in the Applicant Tracking System.
- Handle offers and negotiations: Communicate job offers and manage the negotiation process with selected candidates.
- Assist with onboarding: Ensure a smooth transition for new hires, sometimes including orienting them to the company culture.
- Track hiring metrics: Monitor and report on key metrics like time-to-fill and cost-per-hire to improve recruitment strategies.
- Enhance employer branding: Work to promote the company as an attractive place to work.
- Maintain a talent pipeline: Continuously build a pool of qualified candidates for future openings.
